Civil engineering services for the construction of a new County Administration Building. The scope of work included site analysis, demolition, earthwork, rerouting of utilities, installation of overhead utilities to under ground, easement adjustments, and the development of new utility plan for the new facility (sanitary sewer, water service and storm drainage).
