Salt Fork State Park Lodge Upgrades and Repairs, Cambridge Ohio

Architectural, civil and structural engineering services for a wide variety of interior and exterior upgrade and repairs. The scope of work included public restrooms, locker room restoration for ADA compliance, new elevator for ADA access from locker room to the pool area, ramp and walkways for ADA compliance access to various parts of the multi-level building that is constructed on a hilly terrain.

Mt. Vernon Developmental Center Roof and Window Replacements, Mt. Vernon Ohio

All architectural and engineering services for roof and 900 window replacement in a building on the Ohio Historical Register. The occupants of this building are very sensitive to the environment. Roof and window replacement construction had to take into consideration the special needs of the occupants. The design of the roof had to be compatible with the building.
